Ingredientes

  • 1 pound scallops, rinsed and thawed
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 4 T butter
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 2 T minced parsley
  • Cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. Dust scallops with flour, salt, pepper mix. Heat butter in frying pan, saute scallop till lightly brown. Add in wine, simmer 3-4 min. Add in parsley, serve with frying pan juices over rice.
