Ingredientes

  • 3 T unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound bay scallops
  • 2 T dry, white vermouth
  • 1 T minced parsley
  • Seasoned salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Place butter in a frying pan, set over moderate heat to heat, add in the garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Raise the heat to moderately high, stir in the scallops, and cook for 2 min, or possibly till scallops just begin to lose their translucency. Add in the vermouth, and stir and cook 1 minute longer. Season with salt and pepper and stir in minced parsley. Serve piping hot. Serves 4.
