Scampi In Wine (Shrimp Scampi)

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound large fresh shrimp, shelled, cleaned
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 lg. clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 teaspoon parsley, finely minced
  • 1/3 c. white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter, add in garlic and parsley, brown lightly. Add in lemon juice, wine, salt and pepper. Add in shrimp and saute quickly stirring till tender, about 5 min. Serve wine sauce over shrimp on pasta or possibly rice.
