- To make:1. Saute/fry onion in water till soft.
- Add in celery and spinach and cook for 3-4 min.
- Add in tofu, nutritional yeast and tamari and continue cooking for another 5 min.
- Add in rice and tomatoes and cook till everything is warm.
- Enjoy with tortillas or possibly hot bread.
