Sea Foam Sauce For Plum Pudding

Ingredientes

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk

1/2 c. water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg white

Direcciones

Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add in well beaten egg yolk and cook in double boiler till thick. Add in vanilla and cold. Add in beaten egg white.
