Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cool water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna
  • 1/2 c. minced ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. onion juice

Direcciones

  1. Soften gelatin in cool water, then place in microwave for a few seconds to dissolve gelatin. Allow to cold. Mix remaining ingredients after draining tuna. Add in gelatin mix. Pour into a mold and chill at least 4 hrs before serving. Serve with crackers.
