Ingredientes

  • 1 c. leftover or possibly fresh cooked fish, crab meat or possibly shrimp
  • 4 crisp flat tortillas
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can refried beans
  • 2 c. lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, minced
  • 1/2 c. cheese, grated
  • Picante sauce
  • Avocado

Direcciones

  1. To crispen tortillas, bake at 350 degrees for 3 min. Spread beans on each tortilla. Then layer with seafood, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Pass the warm sauce and sliced avocado.
  2. Makes 2 servings of 2 chalupas each.
