Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 clv garlic, minced
  • 1 c. Dry Hard Cider or possibly Smirnoff Ice
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato Concentrate
  • 5 Tbsp. Flat-leaf Parsley, fresh, minced
  • 3 lb Seafood (Scallops, Shrimp, etc)
  • 4 c. Rice, cooked (White or possibly Mixed)

Direcciones

  1. In frying pan, hot the Extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add in the Garlic and saute/fry for about 2 min or possibly intil soft but not browned. Pour in the Cider and stir in the Tomato Concentrate and 2 Tbsp. of the Parsely.
  2. Raise the heat to medium-high, bring to a boil and reduce to about half, then add in seafood and cook till tender. Don't OVERCOOK Or possibly IT WILL GET RUBBERY.
  3. Prepare bed of Rice on serving plate & pour contents of Seafood mix over Rice & serve. (Serves 4)
