Ingredientes

  • Butter 1/2cup
  • Italian Sausage 7lbs
  • Pepper, Green 7lbs Washed, de-seed and Dice
  • Onion, Spanish 6lbs Peel, Dice
  • Celery 6lbs Wash, Large Dice
  • Garlic, Fresh 1/2cup Mince
  • Old Bay Seasoning 1/4cup
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Pepper, Ground Black to taste
  • Diced Tomatoes(#10cn) 1gal
  • Shrimp, Medium 7lbs
  • Fish fillets, diced 4lbs Medium Dice
  • Bay Leaf 5 leaves
  • Green Onion garnish Slice Thin
  • Hot Sauce to taste

Direcciones

  1. Saute sausages in butter in tilt grill for about 6 minutes then add bell pepper, onion, celery, and garlic, and season with old bay seasoning, salt and black pepper
  2. Saute for about 8 minutes, or until the natural sugars in the vegetables have browned and carmelized
  3. Add the tomatoes, shrimp, fish, and bay leaf, and stir
  4. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer
  5. Simmer for about 15 minutes then fold in oysters
  6. Garnish with sliced Green onions
