Ingredientes
- Butter 1/2cup
- Italian Sausage 7lbs
- Pepper, Green 7lbs Washed, de-seed and Dice
- Onion, Spanish 6lbs Peel, Dice
- Celery 6lbs Wash, Large Dice
- Garlic, Fresh 1/2cup Mince
- Old Bay Seasoning 1/4cup
- Kosher salt to taste
- Pepper, Ground Black to taste
- Diced Tomatoes(#10cn) 1gal
- Shrimp, Medium 7lbs
- Fish fillets, diced 4lbs Medium Dice
- Bay Leaf 5 leaves
- Green Onion garnish Slice Thin
- Hot Sauce to taste
Direcciones
- Saute sausages in butter in tilt grill for about 6 minutes then add bell pepper, onion, celery, and garlic, and season with old bay seasoning, salt and black pepper
- Saute for about 8 minutes, or until the natural sugars in the vegetables have browned and carmelized
- Add the tomatoes, shrimp, fish, and bay leaf, and stir
- Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer
- Simmer for about 15 minutes then fold in oysters
- Garnish with sliced Green onions
