Ingredientes

  • 6 x cooked lasagna noodles
  • 15 ounce Italian style tomato sauce
  • 1 lb crab
  • 1 c. ricotta cheese, or possibly cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Direcciones

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package Rinse in cool water, and drain well.
  2. Combine filling ingredients with fork, spread 1/3 c. filling on each noodle.
  3. Roll tightly, place seam side down in a 9 inch baking pan. Pour sauce over rollups. Bake covered at 375 F for 30-40 min. Garnish with grated cheese
