Receta Seafood Lasagna Rollups

Ingredientes
- 6 x cooked lasagna noodles
- 15 ounce Italian style tomato sauce
- 1 lb crab
- 1 c. ricotta cheese, or possibly cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 x egg
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Direcciones
- Cook noodles as directed on package Rinse in cool water, and drain well.
- Combine filling ingredients with fork, spread 1/3 c. filling on each noodle.
- Roll tightly, place seam side down in a 9 inch baking pan. Pour sauce over rollups. Bake covered at 375 F for 30-40 min. Garnish with grated cheese
