Ingredientes

  • 24 med Fresh Shrimp Unpeeled
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Warm Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Garlic Clove Chopped
  • 4 lrg Sea Scallops Cut In Half
  • 1 lrg Red Bell Pepper In 16 Pcs
  • 8 slc Yellow Squash Cut In Half
  •     Vegetable Cooking Spray

  1. Peel shrimp, leaving tails intact. Combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients (lemon juice through garlic) in a bowl; stir well. Add in shrimp and scallops, tossing gently to coat. Cover and marinate in marinade.
  2. Thread 3 shrimp, 1 scallop half, 2 bell pepper pcs, and 2 squash pcs, and 2 squash pcs alternately onto each of 8 skewers. Coat grill rack with cooking spray, and place rack on grill over medium warm coals. Place kebabs on grill rack, and cook 4 min on each side or possibly till shrimp and scallops are done, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
