%20%20In%20either%20case,%20it%20should%20look%20fresh%20and%20moist%20and%20smell%20of%20the%20sea,%20not%20fish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20prepared%20my%20tuna%20well%20in%20advance%20of%20dinner%20(about%203%20hours)%20because%20I%20enjoy%20it%20ice%20cold.%20%20However,%20you%20can%20certainly%20prepare%20and%20enjoy%20it%20immediately%20as%20well.%20%20I%20started%20by%20preheating%20a%20skillet%20large%20enough%20to%20adequately%20accommodate%20the%20tuna%20steak.%20%20I%20lightly%20coated%20the%20fish%20with%20some%20neutral%20oil,%20seasoned%20it%20with%20sea%20salt%20and%20pepper%20and%20rolled%20it%20in%20a%20combination%20of%20black%20sesame%20seeds%20and%20panko%20bread%20crumbs.%20%20Next,%20I%20added%20about%201%20tablespoon%20of%20oil%20to%20the%20hot%20pan%20and%20just%20when%20it%20began%20to%20smoke,%20I%20introduce%20the%20fish.%20%20I%20cooked%20it%20about%202%20minutes%20per%20side%20and%20promptly%20removed%20it%20to%20waiting%20plate.%20%20After%20allowing%20it%20too%20cool,%20which%20does%20not%20take%20long%20at%20all,%20I%20wrapped%20it%20and%20placed%20in%20the%20refrigerator%20until%20time%20to%20eat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20the%20meantime,%20I%20prepared%20a%20wasabi%20sauce%20by%20combining%20a%20bit%20of%20mayonnaise%20with%20some%20wasabi%20paste%20and%20a%20touch%20of%20rice%20vinegar.%20All%20that%20was%20left%20was%20to%20shred%20some%20lettuce%20and%20chop%20a%20couple%20of%20green%20onions%20and%20a%20little%20fresh%20cilantro.%20%20On%20a%20chilled%20dinner%20plate,%20I%20piled%20the%20lettuce%20as%20if%20a%20nest%20for%20the%20thinly%20sliced%20tuna.%20%20With%20a%20sharp%20knife,%20I%20indeed,%20sliced%20the%20tuna%20very%20thin%20and%20placed%20it%20proudly%20atop%20the%20lettuce.%20%20With%20a%20little%20sprinkle%20of%20green%20onion%20and%20cilantro,%20a%20dollop%20of%20wasabi%20and%20a%20few%20drops%20of%20Asian%20chili%20sauce,%20my%20dinner%20was%20complete!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20also%20my%20entry%20to%20the%20Two%20for%20Tuesday%20Blog%20Hop%20Carnival.%20%20Join%20in%20the%20Real%20Food%20Revolution%20and%20take%20a%20look,%20while%20your%20at%20it,%20at%20what%20others%20are%20contributing%20as%20well!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThanks%20for%20hosting!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
