Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Mirin
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Shiro miso paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar, up to 3
  • 1 lb Seaweed, (can use red, light green or possibly dark green), up to 2
  • 4 piece daikon peeled and curled for garnish, up to 6-inch

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl combine sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, miso paste and rice wine vinegar and whisk together. Add in seaweed and toss till coated.
  2. Place in center of plate and place daikon curls around plate.
