Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 1 med Yellow onion or possibly 6 scallions minced
  • 1 pkt Frzn spinach (10z), thaw and squeezed or possibly
  • 1 lb Fresh spinach or possibly Swiss chard washed, stemmed and minced
  • 2 lrg Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. Mashed potatoes or possibly finely minced walnuts
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley/dill
  •     About 1/2ts salt

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the onion and saute/fry till soft and translucent/soft, 5 or possibly 10 min. Let cold. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
