Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan add water and boil carrots 10 minutes to just tender, add green beans and simmer 6 minutes, drain.
  2. In a skillet or large saute pan add a drizzle of peanut or canola oil, grated ginger root, cook 1-2 minutes on low heat, add Round Steak Pieces, pepper, garlic salt, beef stock and saute 5 minutes, stir during cooking time, add carrots and green beans, stir again, add sesame seeds and remove from heat.
  3. Serve and enjoy! Serve over rice.
  4. Wonderful flavors in this easy One Pan dish.
