- a handful of bean sprouts (I forgot to put these in)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage (or more)
- 2 T chopped cilantro
- 1 T sesame seeds
- for the dressing:
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 T sweet chili sauce
- 3 T peanut butter
