Ingredientes

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp. cool 7-Up
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour, salt and shortening together. Combine egg, 7-Up and vinegar. Stir into flour mix quickly to create dough which clings together and cleans bowl. Work dough into smooth flat round. Divide in half, form into 2 balls. Makes sufficient for two 9 inch pie crusts.
