Shamrock Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese softened
  • 3 ounce Cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract ( optional)
  • 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Whipping cream
  • 1 x Packaged crumb crust (6 ounce.)
  •     Or possibly homemade 9-inch graham
  •     Cracker crumb crust
  •     Whipped topping
  •     Chocolate curls and green sprinkles
  •     (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and peppermint extract, if you like, till well blended. Add in cocoa; beat till well blended, scraping sides of bowl and beaters frequently. Add in Large eggs; beat well.
  2. Stir in whipping cream. Pour into crust. Bake 35 to 40 min. (Center will be soft but will set upon cooling.)
  3. Cold to room temperature. Cover; chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if you like. Cover; chill leftover pie. 6 to 8 servings.
