Receta Shamrock Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Cream cheese softened
- 3 ounce Cream cheese softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract ( optional)
- 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Whipping cream
- 1 x Packaged crumb crust (6 ounce.)
- Â Â Or possibly homemade 9-inch graham
- Â Â Cracker crumb crust
- Â Â Whipped topping
- Â Â Chocolate curls and green sprinkles
- Â Â (optional)

- Heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and peppermint extract, if you like, till well blended. Add in cocoa; beat till well blended, scraping sides of bowl and beaters frequently. Add in Large eggs; beat well.
- Stir in whipping cream. Pour into crust. Bake 35 to 40 min. (Center will be soft but will set upon cooling.)
- Cold to room temperature. Cover; chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if you like. Cover; chill leftover pie. 6 to 8 servings.
