- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ teaspoons mint extract (NOT peppermint extract)
- 6 drops green food coloring
- For the Frosting:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- To Garnish:
- Green sanding sugar
- Green maraschino cherries
