Ingredientes

  • 1/2 stk margarine, softened
  •     Cream (8oz) cheese, softened
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag (3 ounce) Mahatma yellow rice
  • 2 can Whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 bag (32 ounce) frzn corn, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook rice to directions. In mixing bowl blend margarine and cream cheese.
  2. Add in soup; blend. Mix in rice, then corn, then 1/2 of cheese. Pour in greased 2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle other 1/2 of cheese on top. Cover with lid or possibly foil. Bake @ 350 for 45 mins.
  3. (You can prepare, cover, and chill a day ahead then bake.)
