Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Crab meat (chunky)
  • 1 slc White bread
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry sherry
  • 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 c. Medium thick white sauce
  • 1 x Egg yolk

Direcciones

  1. Remove crusts from bread and cut into 1/4 in squares. Gently combine everything except white sauce and egg yolk. Blend egg yolk and white sauce.
  2. Gently toss together.
