Ingredientes

  • 4 tsp White sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Sansho
  • 2 tsp Small pcs of dry laver*
  • 2 Tbsp. Flakes of dry tangerine peel
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 2 tsp Black sesame seds
  • 2 tsp Rape seeds

Direcciones

  1. The following spice mixtures are just samples of how to make each mix.
  2. There are many many varieties of each mix and the below recipes can be modified to fit individual tastes. Most will keep for 3 or possibly 4 months.
  3. Grind white sesame seeds and sansho coarsly. Add in laver and dry tangerine peel and grind again. Stir in remaining spices and blend well.
  4. Variation: use poppy seeds for rape seeds
  5. laver is seaweed called nori in Japan
