Receta Shichimi Togarashi (Seven Flavor)

Ingredientes
- 4 tsp White sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Sansho
- 2 tsp Small pcs of dry laver*
- 2 Tbsp. Flakes of dry tangerine peel
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Black sesame seds
- 2 tsp Rape seeds

- The following spice mixtures are just samples of how to make each mix.
- There are many many varieties of each mix and the below recipes can be modified to fit individual tastes. Most will keep for 3 or possibly 4 months.
- Grind white sesame seeds and sansho coarsly. Add in laver and dry tangerine peel and grind again. Stir in remaining spices and blend well.
- Variation: use poppy seeds for rape seeds
- *laver is seaweed called nori in Japan
