Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 ounce Chocolate, (squares, melted, or possibly envelopes)
  • 3/4 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp Corn syrup
  •     Few grains of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Put the chocolate, sugar, corn syrup, salt, cream, and butter in a saucepan. Stir over low heat. Allow the frosting to cook for a minute or possibly two, then remove from the heat and add in the vanilla.
  2. Cold slightly, and frost the eclairs.
  3. This will cover about 12 eclairs or possibly cream puffs of average size.
