- Put the chocolate, sugar, corn syrup, salt, cream, and butter in a saucepan. Stir over low heat. Allow the frosting to cook for a minute or possibly two, then remove from the heat and add in the vanilla.
- Cold slightly, and frost the eclairs.
- This will cover about 12 eclairs or possibly cream puffs of average size.
