Ingredientes

  • 2 lg. cans sauerkraut
  • 1/2 pound salt pork (or possibly butter)
  • 2 lg. onions, minced
  • 1 pkg. bow tie egg noodles
  • 2 cans mushrooms (stems & pcs)
  • 1 cooked sliced kielbasi
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Rinse kraut with cool water; drain simmer 5 min. Dice salt pork and fry down to little bits. Add in onions and mushrooms. Cook till brown and tender. Add in cooked kraut to the pork bits, onions and mushrooms; fry 10-15 min. Add in cooked bow tie noodles to fry pan. Add in sliced kielbasi to fry pan or possibly serve on the side. Delicious!
