Shredded Beef With Pepper And Onion

Ingredientes

  • 7 ounce Beef, shredded
  • 1 c. Onion
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Saki
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Chili paste, optional

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle beef with sesame oil, saki, cornstarch, baking soda, soy sauce, and sugar. Marinade 30 min.
  2. Heat 3 Tbsp. oil in pan and add in 3/4 tsp. salt. Stir in onion and stir fry for 2 min. Remove from pan. If you are using a wok, push onions up on the sides.
  3. Add in pepper and stir fry 2 min and remove from pan or possibly push up again on the sides.
  4. Heat 3 Tbsp. oil in same pan and add in beef. Stir fry till the color changes. Add in vegetables and mix well for 1 minute.
  5. Add in chili paste. The longer you cook and stir with the chili paste, the hotter it becomes.
  6. NOTES : Add in chili paste at the very end. Otherwise it will be too warm.
