Shredded Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredientes

  • 6 lg. potatoes
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 tbsp. butter, divided
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Boil potatoes in skins. Chill, peel and shred. Stir in cheese and 4 Tbsp. melted butter. Mix in lowfat sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Place in a greased casserole or possibly if you prefer divide into individual casseroles. Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 6-8.
