- Peel and devein the shrimp. Quickly steam in a pan with very little water till bright pink and tender. Remove from pan and cold.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, mango, rau ram and Nuoc Cham. Toss well. Arrange on a platter. Top with garnish.
