Ingredientes

  • 12 med shrimp
  • 1 c. finely-sliced green mango
  • 1 Tbsp. minced polygonum (rau ram) leaves
  • 1/4 c. Nuoc Cham (see recipe)
  • 1 sm red chili finely sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. fried shallots
  • 2 Tbsp. minced chives

Direcciones

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp. Quickly steam in a pan with very little water till bright pink and tender. Remove from pan and cold.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, mango, rau ram and Nuoc Cham. Toss well. Arrange on a platter. Top with garnish.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
