Receta Shrimp And Green Mango Salad (Goi Xoai Tom Nuong)

Ingredientes
- 12 med shrimp
- 1 c. finely-sliced green mango
- 1 Tbsp. minced polygonum (rau ram) leaves
- 1/4 c. Nuoc Cham (see recipe)
- 1 sm red chili finely sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fried shallots
- 2 Tbsp. minced chives
Direcciones
- Peel and devein the shrimp. Quickly steam in a pan with very little water till bright pink and tender. Remove from pan and cold.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, mango, rau ram and Nuoc Cham. Toss well. Arrange on a platter. Top with garnish.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
