Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (7-ounce) elbow macaroni - 2 c. uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter/margarine
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Minced green bell pepper
  • 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 can (6.5-ounce) shrimp, boneless crab or possibly tuna, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 ct , (4-ounce) mushroome stem and pcs liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced pimento stuffed green olives
  • 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  •     Crushed potato chips

Direcciones

  1. Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain. In medium skillet, heat butter. Add in onion and green pepper; cook till tender. Blend in soup and lowfat milk; heat through. Combine macaroni, soup mix and remaining ingredients, except potato chips; mix well. Pour into 2 qt casserole. Top with potato chips. Bake in a 325 degree oven till warm, 30-40 min.
