Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Cooked, liquid removed, and cooled elbow macaroni
  • 2 c. Small shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
  • 4 x Hard-boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Minced celery
  • 1/2 c. Minced black olives
  • 1/2 c. Minced dill pickles
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  •     Louisiana warm sauce to taste
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. Catsup

Direcciones

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Large eggs, onions,celery,olives, and pickles, then add in the shrimp and macaroni and toss lightly. in a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. pour over the macaroni mix and mix well. cover and let marinate at least 2 hrs in the refrigerator before serving.
