Ingredientes

  • 4 lbs Raw White Rice
  • 1 cup sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 lbs carrots
  • 1 lbs scallions
  • 1 lbs bok choy
  • 1 lb frozen peas
  • 6 ech eggs
  • 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tsp pepper
  • 2 lb shrimp

Direcciones

  1. Cook rice the day before.
  2. The "day of" preheat tilt grill to 425 f.
  3. Add sesame oil.
  4. Then add garlic, ginger carrots, scallions stir-fry quickly.
  5. Then add cooked rice.
  6. Add soy sauce stir-fry for 5 minutes then create a well in the rice mixture to pour in eggs and scramble till cooked then incorporate egg into the rice mixture.
  7. Add shrimp, then frozen peas.
  8. Pan-up.
