Receta Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 4 lbs Raw White Rice
- 1 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 cup fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 lbs carrots
- 1 lbs scallions
- 1 lbs bok choy
- 1 lb frozen peas
- 6 ech eggs
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3 tsp pepper
- 2 lb shrimp
Direcciones
- Cook rice the day before.
- The "day of" preheat tilt grill to 425 f.
- Add sesame oil.
- Then add garlic, ginger carrots, scallions stir-fry quickly.
- Then add cooked rice.
- Add soy sauce stir-fry for 5 minutes then create a well in the rice mixture to pour in eggs and scramble till cooked then incorporate egg into the rice mixture.
- Add shrimp, then frozen peas.
- Pan-up.
