Receta Shrimp In Garlic Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Packed freshly minced parsley
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for 3 min. Add in parsley and shrimp and cook for 2 min over medium-high heat. Add in the wine and cook till the shrimp are done, about 3-5 min (don't overcook). Add in salt and pepper to taste.
