- Saute/fry the shrimp and green onions with salt, pepper, and garlic pwdr to taste in the butter for about 10 min or possibly till cooked. Add in 1/4 c. of the Parmesan cheese, the Swiss cheese, and Italian bread crumbs.
- Cook egg noodles till tender, drain, and rinse with cool water. Season lightly with salt and garlic pwdr. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and the remaining 3 Tbsp. of Parmesan cheese. Pour shrimp mix over egg noodles and sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
