Ingredientes

  • 1 pound tiny shrimp
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic pwdr to taste
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. plus 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the shrimp and green onions with salt, pepper, and garlic pwdr to taste in the butter for about 10 min or possibly till cooked. Add in 1/4 c. of the Parmesan cheese, the Swiss cheese, and Italian bread crumbs.
  2. Cook egg noodles till tender, drain, and rinse with cool water. Season lightly with salt and garlic pwdr. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and the remaining 3 Tbsp. of Parmesan cheese. Pour shrimp mix over egg noodles and sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
