Ingredientes

  • 1 pound cooked fresh or possibly frzn shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 box frzn Bird's Eye International recipes Oriental style vegetables with sauce
  • 1 box frzn snow pea pods
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can Dynasty straw mushrooms
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can Reese baby corn on the cob
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 1 c. water
  • 4 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 5 tbsp. soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Bring 1 c. water to boil and dissolve bouillon cubes. Set aside. Place 1 Tbsp. water with frzn Oriental style vegetables in wok or possibly skillet. Cook 1 minute, then add in snow pea pods. Cook together for 2 additional min, stirring often. Add in cooked shrimp, liquid removed baby corn, and chicken broth. Continue to simmer for 2 min. Add in liquid removed straw mushrooms and continue to simmer.
  2. In separate c., mix cornstarch and soy sauce. Add in to other ingredients and simmer till sauce thickens. Serve over warm fried rice.
