Receta Shrimp-Pork Siomai

- Wrap:
- 1 pack siomai/wanton wrapper
- oil for brushing
- Combine all filling ingredients in a deep bowl. Mix very well. Fill at least 2 tablespoons of the filling into wanton wrapper. Press the tips form into rounded shapes. Arrange on to a lightly greased/oiled steamer then brush each tops with oil. Bring water into a boil then put down the heat to let it simmer continously.
- Steam for about 30 minutes or more until done.
- Best served with a soysauce and calamansi with chili on the side.
- Great for snack, enjoy!
