Receta Shrimp & Rosemary Cream Dip
Great Seafood Dip with any cracker assortment or chips.
Ingredientes
- 8 ounces small shrimp (Fresh) deveined, peeled
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- one tablespoon cocktail sauce
- one teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 lemon (juice only)
- 2 springs rosemary (chopped)
Direcciones
- Cook shrimp in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain, allow to cool and cut into pieces and add to a food processor
- Add cream cheese and pulse several times, add remaining ingredients and run processor to a desired consistency
- Transfer to a serving dish, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving, garnish with rosemary
- We love this with a cracker assortment
