Receta Slow Cooker Beef Chuck Roast (with Carrots & Potatoes)
An easy cooking alternative for a tender beef roast and veggies slow cooked for hours. Its a favorite of ours.
Ingredientes
- 6-7 pound Beef Chuck Roast
- several dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 large Idaho Potatoes
- one onion
- 2 cloves of garlic (whole)
- one tablespoon black pepper
- 1-1/4 cup beef stock (low sodium)
- 1-1/2 cups baby carrots
- 2 stalks celery
Direcciones
- In your slow cooker add beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, on low heat
- In a saute pan sear the Chuck Roast and saute the sliced onions, garlic cloves and add both into the slow cooker, add celery pieces, baby carrots, cut potatoes
- Place lid on and cook 4-6 hours on low heat
- The Meat will fall apart and have wonderful flavors
