Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon real horseradish
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 teaspoon warm mustard
  • 1 c. fine minced celery
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. fine minced green onions
  • Shrimp, clean, cooked, cool
  • Hard-cooked Large eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes

Direcciones

  1. Can be made 3 to 4 days in advance. Fold in jar and cold. Put clean, cooked shrimp on bed of lettuce. Sprinkle minced hard-cooked Large eggs over shrimp, pour roumalade over everything. Cherry tomato on the side.
