Ingredientes

  • 1 1/8 lbs. cooked shrimp (1 1/2 c.), cut in pcs
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. French dressing
  • 2 avocados, cut in half, rubbed with lemon juice and salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients and fill prepared avocados; garnish as desired (thin twist of lemon, parsley, whole shrimp). Serves 4.
