Ingredientes

  • 2 ounce Butter
  • 24 med Shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 2 x Garlic, cloves
  • 4 tsp Parsley, chopped
  • 4 med Onions, white, sliced
  • 4 x Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, minced, fresh
  • 4 ounce Scallions, coarsely minced
  • 2 ounce Stock, shrimp
  • 2 c. Cooked fettuccine
  • 1/4 c. White Wine
  • 2 ounce Butter

Direcciones

  1. Place the butter, shrimp, garlic, parsley, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, scallions and seafood seasoning in a large saucepan. Stir the mix gently for 30 seconds.
  2. Add in the shrimp stock and cook till onions are transparent.
  3. Add in the cooked fettuccine and white wine and simmer till the sauce is almost absorbed and the shrimp are pink.
  4. Remove the pan from the fire and add in butter. Stir gently till the butter is melted and creamy.
  5. Serve immediately.
