Receta Shrimp With Fettuccine

Ingredientes
- 2 ounce Butter
- 24 med Shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 2 x Garlic, cloves
- 4 tsp Parsley, chopped
- 4 med Onions, white, sliced
- 4 x Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, minced, fresh
- 4 ounce Scallions, coarsely minced
- 2 ounce Stock, shrimp
- 2 c. Cooked fettuccine
- 1/4 c. White Wine
- 2 ounce Butter
Direcciones
- Place the butter, shrimp, garlic, parsley, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, scallions and seafood seasoning in a large saucepan. Stir the mix gently for 30 seconds.
- Add in the shrimp stock and cook till onions are transparent.
- Add in the cooked fettuccine and white wine and simmer till the sauce is almost absorbed and the shrimp are pink.
- Remove the pan from the fire and add in butter. Stir gently till the butter is melted and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
