Receta Shrimp with Grapes, Citrus & Rum
Ingredientes
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined with tails left on
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T olive oil
- heaping 1 cup seedless red grapes, sliced in half
- 1 T lemon zest
- 1 T lime zest
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced, optional (we left out)
- 1 T minced ginger (I did not have)
- 1 T minced garlic
- 3 T dark rum
- 2 T brown sugar (to taste)
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 T fresh lime juice
