Receta Shrimp With Mozzarella Quesadilla

Ingredientes
- 1 lb medium shrimp peeled, deveined
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella
- 12 x cloves Caramelized Garlic (see recipe)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. minced red bell pepper
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 6 x basil leaves chipped
- 6 x flour tortillas
- Â Â Grilled Salsa (see recipe)
Direcciones
- Thread the shrimp on skewer and grill for 4 to 5 min on each side. Remove the shrimp from the grill and, when they cold slightly, cut them into small pcs.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp with the remaining ingredients, except the tortillas, and mix well. Spread the mix on the tortillas and grill at a medium heat till cooked through. Serve with Grilled Salsa.
- This recipe yields 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
- Comments: Twelve cloves of Caramelized Garlic may seem like a lot, but they make this filling extra good.
