Ingredientes

  • 11 ounce Black bean soup/dip
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Mustard, dijon
  • 1/8 tsp Lime peel, grated
  • 60 x Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Jalapeno, minced
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 30 x Shrimp, medium (1 lb)
  • 60 x Cilantro leaves

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients till smooth. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs. Cut cooked shrimp in half lengthwise and remove vein. Spread 1 tsp. soup mix on each cracker. Top with shrimp and garnish with cilantro. 15 calories per serving-not including cracker.
