Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can Italian-style plum tomatoes - (28 ounce) liquid removed, cut up
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 2 tsp dry oregano leaves
  • 3/4 lb medium shrimp cleaned
  • 1 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook and stir onion in oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 min. Add in tomatoes, wine and oregano. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min or possibly till thickened.
  2. Add in shrimp. Cook 3 min, stirring frequently, till shrimp are pink. Sprinkle with feta cheese; simmer 1 minute. Stir in parsley.
  3. Serve with warm cooked rice and garnish with fresh herbs, if you like.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
